About Dr. Nawrot
Dr. Elizabeth Shannon Nawrot, Ph.D. has more than 30 years of experience as a teacher, scholar and administrator. She holds a Bachelor in Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters and Ph.D in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. As an academic Dean, Program Director and tenured Professor, Dr. Nawrot has extensive experience working with leaders and teams to promote professional development, provide mentorship and deliver high impact classes and educational workshops.
As an educator accustomed to preparing lessons and presenting to classrooms, I am quite comfortable in front of a crowd, whether it’s 10 or 100! I enjoy facilitating teamwork and presenting workshops and trainings that are exciting and interactive.

Service For Fargo/Moorhead
Dr. Nawrot is committed to community service and has served on the Board of Directors for the MNDN Chapter of the Red Cross and the Rourke Art Gallery + Museum, as well as being a community educator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
As a long-time resident of the F-M area, I am passionate about serving my community. My husband and I raised our children here and we have both served in the local educational system for years. I am thrilled to be able to contribute to our schools and businesses in this new role as an Executive Coach
